Futuris Imager is fast and free image viewer for Windows with emphasis
on simplicity.Supported graphical formats: GIF, JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG,
MNG, JNG, WBMP (wireless bitmap), TIFF (including multi-page ones),
Targa, Photo CD, Photoshop/PhotoDeluxe and more... Among features:
print with preview, screen capture, support for scanners and cameras,
wallpaper tools, several image transformations (filters) with
undo.Futuris Imager has a powerful built-in plug-in system. Third-party
developers can build custom plug-ins thus adding new functions to the
program.

One interesting feature: View as Wallpaper (pre-view that is). Handy!

A bit basic, but good potential. I'm sticking with IrfanView and Fast
Stone Image Viewer.
