"funny" behavior with color in Outlook 2K

Hi,

I've a user using Outlook 2K / Word as mail editor, and each time she's
answering an e-mail, Word uses a new color for the text. If she's
"ping-pong"-ing with someone keeping the history, the history shows 5 or 6
colors differents. Funny to see, annoying anyway

I haven't found anything weird in the settings, and I'm getting blocked.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Uncheck "Mark my comments with"
