In our office we work with public folders related to projects. Sometimes
several colleagues are copied into an incoming email, so you get several
people trying to save the same email in the same public folder and
unfortunately Outlook 2003 lets them do so. Even one person could copy-drag
(with pressed control button) the same email any number of times into the
same folder. Is there any way this could be prevented?

You might be able to write an event sink to prevent it, or use a duplicate
removed utility. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp for
a list. Or tell the recipients to look in the folder before dropping a copy
in it.
