Function not available error

I'm getting a 'Function is not available..((filter criteria))' error message when using a command button to run a macro ('open form' with a defined filter/query).

What's odd is that the error is new since upgrading the version on user PCs, but the command button is not new (no elements were changed). Further, the error does not appear from my PC, but does some users'. I've checked and re-checked the query criteria, looked at the previous versions to identify the error...but no luck.

What does the error, "function not available" actually mean?

Any ideas? I'd like to try to fix this using some means other than the VB 'reference' methods suggested in earlier posts

Thank

You are likely having a problem with your References. Take a look at these
