Fully Expanding Menus

My Favorites menu in IE 6.x doesn't fully expand. It seems to me like there
is somewhere to change this setting, but I can not find it.
I mean, they expand when I click on the down arrow of the truncated menu, or
if I hover over the menu for a second or two, but I want them to fully
expand all the time.

IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
