fully backup outlook

i love to using outlook, but once i buy new labtop, then i have problem for
backup all the data to new labtop.

now i am backup the .pst file only, so all the email, contact, calender is
backup. but i have ten email account settting in the outlook profile, can i
backup also.

and also please advice the faster step to fully backup outlook to new pc.

Profile information is kept in the Registry in the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
It's conceivable that exporting this Registry key may be of value.

and also please advice the faster step to fully backup outlook to new
pc.
