full-page window

I have the latest version of Internet Explorer
(6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633IS). Every time I right-click and select
'open in new window', it opens a 'half-page' size window that I have to
expand. How to I get it to open a full-page window?

You can do the 'old fix'.

Expand the window (don't maximize).
Close all IE windows and reboot.
It should save your settings.
