FTP with schedule

I have read/searched and downloaded umpteen FTP systems, currently using
Filezilla, but I am looking for
a schedule function, I want to upload a file at 9am and then change it at
5pm.(Automatically)
I have seen a download only schedule FTP for overnight downloads but not
uploads.

Any Ideas?

Not sure, if sync program is what you want, but you may try FTPSync:

In that research, if you've found any FTP programs that have broad
command line capabilities, you might be able to do what you wish in that
fashion, with an external task scheduler.
