I don't believe that XP comes with a built-in FTP
server. You should try to get a third party solution.
Go to http://www.download.com, and type in "FTP
SERVER" "In Windows", and reivew the shareware
available. I don't have a suggestion as to which would
work best, as I've never actually used them. I am
familiar with the WS_FTPLE client software, and I like
it, but I don't know much about their server software.
