FTP Permissions

Windows XP, Linksys Switch/Router.

I have setup my router to forward the FTP access. I have
tried many different user names and passwords. I have
logged in as the new user name nad have access to change
files locally. I still cannot access the files remotely.
I have gotten as far as being able to see the folders but
cannot see the contents. I sure this is a permissions
issue but I am not sure whre to go from here.

Any ideas?

turn off pasv mode
or if you have pasv disabled try enabling it
