FTP Folder Access Problems

I installed the FTP (IIS) component on two different XP
Pro machines exactly the same way. On the first one, I
went to access the FTP site and it worked perfectly...

I was able to sign in with a username/password and get to
the ftproot folder.

On the second pc, I did it exactly the same way and got
an error/time out stating that the FTP folder could not
be accessed and that I needed to make sure I had
permission to access that folder.... weird!

I tried enabling passive FTP in the Advanced area of IE
and still no luck.... HELP!

Paul:

Use Explorer to check the NTFS perms on the \inetpub\ftproot folder.
