I don't have the faintest idea if you are asking how to change your
resolution from within Windows, if you are asking for the native
resolution of whatever this monitor is, or if you want to know how to
use the monitor buttons.

In the meantime, look at the manual that came with your monitor or go to
the monitor mftr.'s website for information about native resolutions,
buttons, etc.
