FRUSTRATED! HELP! Can't order on line etc

For about 9 months now I have been unable to access certain web pages such as home page of internet explorer, Open self extracting SP1a Microsoft service pak, Get into any final secure web page where you pay with credit card for an item you want to purchase on line. I can't book airline tickets or order anything on line. I have spoken with various "experts" and have confirmed my cryptographic service is indeed running. The latest problem was after loading my a new Kodak camera software that is to allow you to send pics to friends, I get the same page that always appears-"check internet tools-some web pages require SSL etc" I can't access Kodaks home pg or send pics. I can't use any USB back up device etc etc. Does any expert have any idea what might be the problem?? One person told me my registry might be corrupted & I might try reformatting my hard drive..Any other options?? Regards, Frustrated
