Frustrated...Can somebody tell me how to turn on a feature?

When you're in the queries tab and you hover the mouse pointer over a make
table or append query, a little window (I don't know what you call it) will
come up telling you which table you are creating or appending to. One of my
computers does this and one does not (it used to, but it quit for some
reason). Surely this is a feature that can be turned on but for the life of
me I cannot find it. When you go into design view and that query is running
off of two long select queries, it can take a long time for the design window
to open.

Somebody please help!!!
