Can any one tell me how to print worksheets so that what prints is what
is seen on the screen....I.E If I scroll up so that three rows are
behind the top frozen pane how can I stop Excel printing the cells
which are not visable????? If anyone can help before 5pm today I'd be
smiling! ;)

You cannot print what is seen on the screen as such. What you can do, to
take your example, is to hide the three rows before printing, as hidden rows
do not print. Select the three rows and use
Format > Row > Hide

One way: File | Page Setup | Sheet tab. Set the print area to exclude the
areas you don't wish to print.

1. Hide the rows you do not want printed. (Click/drag in row number area
to select whole rows/Right click selected area to get popup
menu/....Hide).

2. (a) File/Page Setup/...... and set 'Rows to repeat at top' (the
headings).
(b) Then select the data you want to be visible.
(c) File/Print area/Set Print Area. (There is a standard toolbar button
for this).
