FrontPage2003 - French Version

I recently purchased the upgrade to 2003 and when I opened the package I
discovered the version was French..

I therefore had to re-purchase the English version so I have now spend
double the price..

Is there any way to recover from my mistake as I have not used or copied the
French version...

Depends on the retailer you purchased it from and their exchange/refund
policies and if you cracked the seal on the CD case/envelope.
