FrontPage time wrong.

Hi I was wondering if somebody out there knows what is
going on here. Now we have moved to Daylight Savings
time, the FrontPage time is one hour out. This is not a
server issue because it also happens when creating a
local html document on my PC.

If I "insert" the Date/Time, the inserted time is one
hour out, also the "last modified" time is also out by an
hour.

The strange thing is, when inserting the time, when
selecting the time format it displays the correct time
but when I hit the OK button it reverts to being an hour
out.

All other office programs are working correctly, it is
only a problem in Frontpage.

Yet, they are all set correctly, with the tick in the box
to automatically change for daylight savings time.
