How do I delete the [FrontPage save results componet] on the published web
site.
forms look great in front page editor put the site shows the ugly sentence
[FrontPage save results componet]
and under it is the form test box

You need to publish your web site (not just a page) via http:// and your
site has to have the FrontPage Server Extensions enabled.

It means the server extensions are not installed, or not working correctly;
contact your host. You could probably fix this through your hosting account
control panel (eg Cpanel or similar).

It would usually allow you to reinstall/repair the server ext.
