FrontPage-Norton Personal Firewall conflict?

I have been using FrontPage to update and maintain my website for a
couple of years now. I recently moved the site to a new server and since
then:

1. I have to disable Norton Personal Firewall to publish using http
although FrontPage will allow me to connect using ftp - when I try to
connect in FrontPage with the firewall enabled, FP tells me "there is no
web at that location" - as soon as I disable the firewall, everything is
normal
2. since moving to the new server, FP doesn't seem to be able to
remember my username or password as it did on the old site

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

I have been using FrontPage 2002 to update and maintain my website for a
couple of years now. I recently moved the site to a new server and since

active - when I try to publish in FrontPage with the firewall enabled,

How did you move the site to new host and how long ago?

The problem began when I moved it to the new site. The host originally
did an FTP ASCII transfer but when I encountered problems I uploaded the
entire site via FrontPage - it didn't solve the problem though.

I can't find anything in my NPF settings or in the FP settings or
dial-up connection settings that seems to be the problem.

Ok, the first issue was the transfer of the site via FTP, when it should
have been published via FP's http mode. The solution would be to delete the
site from the new server, have the extensions re-installed, then to publish
the site from the old server to the new server via FP's http mode.

I'll try that tonight or tomorrow. I'm not sure why it would make a
difference whether NPF is enabled or disabled but at this point nothing
else has worked...
