I am trying to purchase Microsoft Frontpage 2003 on line. The subject
of the "Product Key" comes up in many of the listings. What is the
difference in whether the Product Key has been registered or not.
Will the program download and fuction correctly if the Product Key has
already been registered to someone elses computer?

it will work properly if the key was registered on someone elses
computer.

If the product is still activated and in use on another machine, yes, you
may have a problem.

Actually, FrontPage 2003 does in fact require activation. And it can be
installed on a laptop and desktop.

: times on as many machines as one wants using the same key.
