Hi,

When trying to insert a picture from a file to frontpage it gets freeze,
and I have to close it and re open it again. Any solution for this.

It might not be in an acceptable format. Is it a JPG or Gif format?

If worse comes to worse, try loading it into your graphics editor and cut
and paste the image.
 
Hi,

Its a type of JPG and GIF format, and of course cut and paste it will work,
but inserting a picture is a nice feature and works fine with all other
office version and trying to get this back in 2003 version.

Have you imported the image into your current open web/site, prior to trying
to insert it on your page, which has always been the case with all versions
of FP?

Hi,

I didn't import the image. The process like this:

A page open in FP and wanted to insert a picture from a file, when choosing
the picture and click to insert in to page, here the FP freeze.

Import it first.

Make sure you have first opened the site, then import the image, then insert
it on your page.

How can I import it first..

Normally, I go to insert, choose picture, choose from file, choose the
picture, then press insert. Both the FP and the file contains the picture
are in my computer. This is very much the process in FP older version and
works fine.

File Menu | Open Site (web), then either use File Menu | Import or drag and
drop the image into the web, then either use the insert function to insert
the image on to your page or drag it into your page.
