FrontPage 2003 - web recovery

I created a web using FP2003. It has about 18 pages, all well linked. Yesterday, I used the wizard to create a new web. Now, my original web is all messed up. When I choose to view the Navagation, the page is empty. None of the pages have the original heading and links at the top. I'm sort of freaking out here. How can I recover my original web, the way it was prior to adding the new web?

- did you replace the old web w/ the new web (if so it is gone)
If not, Look at File Recent Sites to see if the other location / site is still there
