from sbcglobal.net to outlook for receiving email

I don't know how to change from sbcglobal.net to Outlook. I want all my
messages to go to outlook. What do I do?

Please help me!

Do you have the details from SBC Global about their POP3 (incoming) & SMTP
(outgoing) servers?
