Frequent hang ups.....(server busy)

after i brought my new logitech keyboard i found dat my comp hangs up dis was not der before the new keyboard was brought.....also after i reboot after pressing the restart button i get a message saying cannot start the process with the title server busy & two options to click on switch to and restart......which automatically goes of after few sec
i am on winXP pro
due to this all my kazaqa downloads too are lost sinc i have to restart my comp using the restart button can anyone say how to backup d download

1. improve english and typing skill
2. Get rid of Kazaa, unless you like viruses and illegal downloads
3. If you choice to use Kazaa, I believe it sets up a temp file of you illegal downloads.
