French dictionary

How would I go about downloading the Harrap Shorter French Dictionary, and
save it along with the Thesaurus that one accesses by pressing Shft F7?

Bearing in mind that I knew nothing about this topic before your
question sent me to search Google for it:

First, you can't "download" the dictionary, at least not legally. It's
for sale on a CDROM, and rather pricey -- for example,

a price of more than 50 euros.

The Pro version is at

for £37.50.

Second, you don't "save it along with the thesaurus", you use the
software on the CDROM. There's some explanation of how it works in the
