Can you freeze more than one area? I would like to
freeze A-F so when people scroll down they will still
know what the field is they are viewing. I then want to
freeze just "B" pane. This will allow them to scroll
left to right but never loosing site of the customer?

I'm confused about what you're freezing, but if you make it so A1 is viewable
(top left corner), then you can click on (say) E6 and then rows 1:5 and columns
A:D will be frozen.

Then when you scroll down, you'll always see 1:5 and if you scroll to the right,
you'll always see A:D.

If you want more views into your data, you could open a second window
(window|new window, then window|arrange to see it).

And you can scroll through that window independently from the first.

Excel will try to remind you that you have two windows into the same workbook
open. In the title bar, you'll see: Book1.xls:1 or book1.xls:2

When you get tired of multiple windows, you can click on the one you don't want
and hit ctrl-F4.
