freeze up

I have replaced the mother board and the graphics card, however after about
five minutes, the screen freezes up.

I am trying to eliminate this problem, that started about a fortnight ago.

It sounds like something is overheating. My guess is going to be the
power supply.

You say you replaced the mother board. Did you keep any parts from your
old mother board or keep the CPU or memory etc. Memory sometimes becomes
heat sensitive.
