I know how to freez pane. But having trouble showing the same froze pane in every page when I print. For the ease of the viewer, when I print a excell doc, I want to have the frozen pane show up in every page where I have the title of the for each column

Please help!!!!!!!!

Freeze panes is only a viewing function, AFAIK, not a printing one. If you
want to repeat rows at the top of your printed page (ie headers) go to Page
Setup / Sheet tab / Rows to repeat at top and then select your rows.

I tried to do that and does not work. I've frozen row 1 and would like to show the same in each printed page and as such entered a value of 1 in the 'Rows to repeate at top' field and an error mgs comes as invalid entry.

Any suggestion?

Enter it as 1:1. You need to give Excel a range of rows. Another easy way is to click on the icon to the right of the field and then select the rows directly on your sheet

Good Luck
