freeware spanish dictionary?

I thought that the free version of Word Web might allow me to install a
Spanish dictionary but I cannot seem to do that with the free version.
I do not want an online dictionary and would rather have one that installed
on my computer. I am trying to learn Spanish and thought that it would be
helpful.

its free, 45 languages, also spanish <==> english
