Freeware Radius for Windows XP

I have Cisco PIX 501 that I'm using as a firewall and to dial in over VPN.
VPN user needs to be authenticated on Radius running on Windows XP (the only
system behind the pix). Radius server should be able to lock VPN account
after certain number of wrong login attempt. Is there any freeware Radius
server for Windows XP that can do it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated
 
WinRadius and MultiTech both offer a "simple" stripped down version of a
Radius server.
