freeware fonts

I need some cursive fonts. Most sites I googled are bogus with freeware
in the title but the fonts are for sale.

I am looking for fonts like the Apple/Mac Lucinda font but for PC. Or
any other script type font that looks like cursive handwriting.

Would also appreciate a good freeware font site.

I think you may have misspelled the name of the font. As far as I can see
Lucinda does not have a script version but perhaps you mean Lucida
Handwriting, which you can download here:
