You can try FCKEditor (if you can't get a hold of FreeTextBox):

FCKEditor is quite nice.

Hi Brian,

As for the FreeTextBox2.0 , it seems that the Home site has been foobared.
If you have urgent issue that need to use it (without source code needed) ,
you can try downloading the following webservr control wihch contains the
assembly of the FreeTextBox2.0.

Also, the FreeTextBox 1.x 's project space is still available on the
sourceforge.net. You can also get it's binary and source there.
