I have a friend that has freeprod on her computer and we cannot get ride of
it. It keeps downloading itself on her computer.We installed Microsoft Beta
and that does not stop it. She has tried to download Windows Malicious
Softwqre Removal Tool, but it says her security is set not to let it
download, we have no idea what that means. She is running windows xp
Is there any help?

Contact the Author of the program you do not want anymore and ask how to
remove it.
