Not yet. Latest estimate from HP/ModusLink is mid March.

Moduslink is incompetent they have lost my proofs 4 times now. I have
sent them by registered mail and by fax and they still show they don't
have them.

Anyway I am not going to let them off that easy.

Follow-up:
Just got an email from ModusLink saying that my Vista upgrade has shipped!

I got an email saying that Microsoft shipped my Windows Vista Business x64
at 8th February 2007 and till today I did not receive it !

By the way, I got this upgrade because I bought original Windows XP
Processional x64 in end of November 2006 and I am living in Germany, Thanks.

I was surprised when I recieved only Vista 32 bit in my Academic Upgrade
package, but it seems like MS likes making extra money at the user's
expense. When I went to order the extra dvd, that web site was down. The
next night I was able to place the order, and it was quite a while before I
got my x64 dvd. I guess it was getting close to a month. That service is
very slow it seems.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, considering they use slow
shipping carriers. Also, it was shipped from Puerto Rico to the US, so it
may be even longer for you.

Good luck!

Simon

I received my Dell Express Upgrade to Vista Home Premium last week.
But uninstalled it when I got constant bluescreens ("win32k.sys'") on startup.

Until ATI/AMD release a stable Vista driver, I will remain with XP.
But I really like Vista.

Well, at least Dell used a different fulfillment company (Zomax), and used 2nd
day shipping. I got mine last week, only a day after I received my "shipped"
notice from Dell.

But of course, Dell has kind of an image problem right now, and they are working
their butts off trying to recover their former stature. Too bad they won't
extend all this work to their SUPPORT Department instead.

I also got an email today and it says mine has been shipped and I should
get it within three weeks!

why are you getting it in 3 weeks? The slowest form of shipping is via truck
(tractor trailers) for a team driver it takes them 2 and a half days to
drive 3000 miles, for a solo driver it takes them 4 days to drive. Where is
it shipped from again?

I think "shipped" is a euphemism for "We'll put it on the next
slow boat from China."

I haven't received it but got the shipping email today that others have
reported getting. It has been shipped and should arrive within 3 weeks!!
Maybe they are sending it via pony express...to stay with the express theme!
The carrier is listed as MailExpress, which is some kind of delivery that
uses the USPS for the "last mile". Why don't they just dump it in the mail,
where it should arrive within a week? DVD's are light and wouldn't require
much postage even for 1st class. There does not seem to be any way to track
the delivery for us, only for the shipper.

At least it looks a little more like the upgrades might actually arrive
sometime before SP1 is issued.

I just got mine about 3 days ago. I was expecting to get it before Windows
Vista even came out and I got it about 6 weeks behind.
