"The current beta version of Oko is free of charge." - "If you
help us you will be able to receive new versions and updates free
of charge." from http://www.interlog.com/~moslon/oko/index.html

Yes, they need testers, and then will switch to payware for sure.

Hmm. Shareware is payware. Rationalisations like "free to try" and
"shareware rather than payware" are likely to raise the ire of people
who come to this board expecting *freeware*. Expect the newsgroup Nazis
to be knocking down your door Real Soon!

It strikes me that, as a product, the world does not need yet another
programming language or IDE. The market is saturated with both free and
commercial offerings. Your product may be unique, I don't know, but I
think you've got your work cut out for you.

Shareware rather than payware. The "evaluation" version won't be
significantly different from the full one.
I guess I should have worded it differently. Suggestions?
