You really don't want it in the mail, because the CD's will be copy
protected and you'll have to put the CD in each time you run the game.

Instead, install Steam and use your free key to get it directly from Steam.
Trouble free and no CD hassles.

(And if you're on dial-up, get broadband... <g>)

not entirely true, just get the no cd/dvd crack and it will replace the
retail exe with the steam version
that doesn't require the cd check....

Especially when your HDD crashes and you don't have the game anymore. This
isn't really a problem because the Steam background software will trash your
machine anyhow.

Hold out for the CD.

(...and no I haven't gotten my CD and ATI refuses to even answer my queries
to see if they recieved my order so many months ago.)

There is a number on the ATI web site to call about getting the CD if you
already sent in the papers... FREE NOT... I was told there is a $10 shipping
and handling fee.. Didn't see anything on the card I still have till I got
out my big magnifying glass.....

Well, the game is free.. and to ship it to you costs $10

Otherwise you can get it 100% via steam (I would have preferred them
mailing me some sort of voucher to use at best buy or somewhere to get
the retail version, but hey, it was free )
