This may not be the group to ask and if not - sorry.

Was wondering if anyone knew of a good free e-card site where the
cards no not have all the animations, shockwave, etc?? Everyone does
not have broadband like I do and some of those cards really take a
while to load on a slow dialup connection.

TIA

Evidently no one does.

Thanks anyways.

The best advice I can give anyone regarding *ANY* "e-card" site is to
stay away from them, delete any email announcing an "e-card" *before*
viewing it, and to tell your friends they should stay away from
"e-card" sites. One of the primary means of infection by malware is
through the use of so called "e-cards", or more accurately "social
engineering devices".

Worse than that, they're email address gathering scams. I changed my
user account name and got a new email address as a result. Then I
emailed everybody in my address book and told them not to send me ecards
or include me in group sends.

My cousin sent me an ecard after a couple of months (she seemed to have
forgotten that I asked her not to) and I immediately started getting
spam again. And it was all from one source, directly attributable to the
ecard.
