Free/Busy not updating

I have a user whose Free/Busy has not updated since 11/28
of this year. All times are synchronized and all typical
free/busy settings are correct. Any ideas as to why
free/busy is not updating?

Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanFreeBusy" switch. The
link(s) below will give you the instructions on how to use it.
