Hi All,

I have an environment with Windows XP desktops running Outlook XP. I've
tested the Free/Busy calendar sharing successfully and now want to deploy it
to all my users.

I want to use Group Policies to push the settings out to users.
The problem I have is that the "Publish at my location" field needs to be
unique for all users (obviously).
Is there a variable I can use (something like %given%.%sn%) to get the GPO
to work for all users?

Thanks,

If you are running Exchange you don't need to specify a location; it is
published in Exchange then.

Anyway, you can use a variable like %username%
