Framework 2.0 Automatic deploy and update version feature, for Win App?

I saw somewhere that microsoft intend to add feature to FW2.0, ability
to deploy net App in the LAN, and when user run the App, the system
check for each DLL if it is latest version, otherwise it bring the
latest version
to the client.

can somebody point me where i find this features?
