Frame4 password stealer

Hi,

I've just installed antispyware, and scanned my system.
It says it's found a password stealer called "Frame4" in
a file called inpout32.dll, which was installed as part
of one of my applications.

Does anyone know any more about this spyware? What
exactly does it steal and where does it send it? I've
done a websearch but not found anything useful.

Well, this may not be in the best of taste, but here's one reference I
found:

It references a couple of .exe's which you can search for and assure
yourself you don't have.

You can also verify that the .dll which you DO have is bit for bit identical
to one on the vendors distribution media, or recreated from that media.
