Can anybody please tell me where I can download some fraction
fonts......11/16 3/32 etc....... Preferably free.

Try inserting Microsoft Equation objects instead.
 
I tried this and it looks really good. Can you do math
with this or is it just graphical?

Just graphical. Didn't realize you wanted to use these in calculations since
using different typefaces to display fractions wouldn't be usable in
calculations either.

Excel supports numeric formats that include fractions. Try the custom number
format

0 ?/??

It's not as pretty, but it's still numeric.
