which one do I install first?

You can install:
IIS
fpse02_x86_eng (which *is* FPSE 2002)
FrontPage
or
FrontPage
IIS
fpse02_x86_eng (which *is* FPSE 2002)
or
IIS
FrontPage
fpse02_x86_eng (which *is* FPSE 2002)

The important part is to first install IIS, and only then
fpse02_x86_eng.

Thanks Stefan - am saving this note in case of another problem - this would
have been SO HELPFUL in the very beginning :-) .. too bad I didn't know to
ask this question in the beginning! :-)

one more question for you - since everything is up and running the way it
looks like it is supposed to - and have run the 2 & 3 - but never knew about
the #1 (intalled original FPSE from Offixe XP cd) should I still install #1
or forget it? my thought is to not install it

thanks
Pam

The Sequence of installation of the FP2002 SE is below (2 & 3 are security patches):

If all is OK and you are running the 2002 SE, don't do anything
The MSO XP CD would have the FP2000 SE,
The downloads are the 2002 SE, but believe 2 includes 1
