fpclass folder

I've created a web using a database, asp pages, etc. I noticed there is not a _fpclass folder created. Is there a reason why I wouldn't have one? I think I need to "include" a page from that directory, but the directory hasn't been created.
 
Tools | Web Settings | Advanced enable viewing of hidden directories.
