Can someone tell me what versions of FP FP2003 upgrade will upgrade? In
other words, will 03 upgrade upgrade the full version of FP98?

any version before it. - 98, 2000, 2002.
you don't even need the previous version on the machine, just have the disk
handy so the qualifying product check can be done.
