FP2002 Installation

I installed FP2002 on one computer the other day. I
decided I need to install it in another computer. The
installation program told me that FP2002 has been
installed already and I can only have one copy installed.
Do I need to unistalled the first one? How?
 
Uninstall it on the old PC using Add Remove Programs from Control panel

Then Install it on the new PC and use the Phone Activation option
