FP2000 install messages when running/loading other programs

I get a FP2000 SR-1 install pop-up whenever I try to run a childrens typing
tutor program and now when I try to send a message via a web-based MS
exchange server. Can anyone tell me how I can stop these bogus FP2000
installs?
