FP Reports missing file size info

I'm looking at the reports function in FP2003, and the usage data seems OK
except it reports all download sizes as zero bytes. What's broken, and how
do I fix it?

In IIS Manager, right-click the Web server, choose Properties, and click the
Web Site tab. Then, under Enable Logging, click Properties.

When the Extended Logging Proprties dialog box appears, click the Extended
Logging tab, make sure Extended Properties is checked, and then make sure
Bytes Sent is checked.
