FP Links Opening New Windows (TIA)

When I click on some of the links on the top shared border at
www.brokeragenttraining.com new pages open. Why is this happening? What do I
do to correct it?

BTW where can I find other good FP forums?

I don't understand. What did you expect to happen when you click on a link to a page? Unless, you're confusing shared borders with frames????

<base target="_blank">

I didn't mean links. Sorry. I meant the navigation buttons which are called
Custom Link Bars. If you go to my site at www.brokeragenttraining.com and
click on the navigation buttons you'll see that sometimes they open new
windows.

None of the links on your home page opened in a new window. (IE6 on Win XP
SP2).
IMO, the links to the forums *should* open in a new window.
