FP 2003 Banner

Is there a way to insert a Banner into a Shared Border and have the same text
displayed on every page of the site, for instance the Club Name?

Yes, that is the whole point of shared borders. Simply edit the shared
borders and specify which borders (top, bottom, sides) you wish to share. It
has been a long time since I played around with shared borders. I have moved
to using DWT with FP2003. I would suggest you consider migrated to them from
shared borders.
